I’ve recently been experimenting with homemade beauty products, and one of my faves is a scrub with oil. Does it matter if I use salt or sugar as the exfoliant? I’ve been using salt more than sugar as a precautionary measure because my home has had issues with ants in the past.
Does the salt dry out you skin, even if I use oil with it?

Use sugar! With dry salt can, if your skin is oily, but not in a good way. Here is a great home remedy to use with sugar! • brown sugar, white sugar, water and form an astonishing exfoliate, gently on the face not yet strong enough to blackheads mixed target. Mix two parts turned brown with white on the one hand, and add enough water to mix to a thick paste. It can be used on the whole face, and should be washed after rubbing in the face for about thirty seconds.
