@kalipaus2 he’s actually referring to the upper lid area where there’s supposed to be a crease. If you notice, her eye lids fall over on top of her lashes creating a “hooded” effect. I thought the same thing too that he was referring to the area under the eyes, but after watching his technique with the eyeshadowI figured what he meant. Hope that helps =)

The make-up is not only crooked, but didn’t do any wonder for her. She was beautiful with the make-up n looks like shit in the end. Not only that, but maybe if she would’ve stayed still instead of bashing her eyelashes so damn much, it would’ve came out a whole lot nicer.
